You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item(s) delivered are faulty, damaged, or defective.
  • The size of the product received does not match the one ordered.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  • Notify us within 10 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp at 0308-2373121 or email at stitchstudioinfo@gmail.com.
  • For items that are defective, faulty, or damaged, a replacement will be provided. You must send photographic proof via WhatsApp or email within 10 days of purchase before we can proceed with your claim.
  • Please note: Due to lighting and screen/display variations, the product’s colour or texture may differ slightly from what appears on screen. Returns or exchanges cannot be made for this reason.
  • Stitch Studio will not cover delivery costs incurred by customers when returning items, especially in the case of refunds. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • However, if the item received is defective or the wrong size, delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.
  • No returns are accepted on CLEARANCE SALE items.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

  • Returns are typically processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the item(s).
  • During high-volume sale periods, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you are not satisfied with the size and wish to exchange it, contact us via WhatsApp at 0308-2373121 or email at stitchstudioinfo@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and labels intact.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new item being sent in exchange.
  • No exchanges are allowed on CLEARANCE SALE items.

EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME

  • Exchanges will be processed within 5–7 working days upon receiving the returned product.
  • During peak sale times, please allow up to 14 working days for the exchange to be completed.
